Parmar Art’s & Craft currently offers products under the following categories:

  • All products are subject to stock availability.

  • Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.

  • We may discontinue products, introduce new variations, or limit purchase quantities without prior notice.

  • Certain products may be available only through our physical store or selected sales channels.

3. Product Images and Information

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours, designs, materials, quantities, and photographs accurately.

  • Actual colours may vary because of screen settings, lighting, photography, packaging, or manufacturing differences.

  • Silicone mould patterns, pigment shades, resin finishes, tool designs, packaging, and minor product details may differ slightly from the displayed images.

  • Customers should carefully review product size, quantity, compatibility, usage instructions, and other available information before ordering.

  • Finished results may vary depending on the materials used, mixing ratios, environmental conditions, technique, and experience of the customer.

4. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

  • Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

  • The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to final confirmation.

  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

  • Online prices and offers may differ from prices available at our physical store.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order.

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Parmar Art’s & Craft.

  • An order confirmation message does not prevent us from cancelling an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, incomplete information, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their respective terms and security practices.

  • Parmar Art’s & Craft will never request confidential information such as payment PINs, passwords, CVVs, or OTPs through unsolicited calls or messages.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation before an order has been packed or dispatched.

  • Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • We may cancel an order because of stock shortages, pricing errors, payment issues, incomplete customer information, delivery restrictions, or suspicious activity.

  • If we cancel an eligible prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, courier operations, weather, public holidays, festivals, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Customers must provide a complete delivery address, correct postal code, and active phone number.

  • Parmar Art’s & Craft is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

  • Customers should inspect the package upon delivery and promptly report visible damage, leakage, tampering, missing products, or incorrect products.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

  • Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy.

  • Eligible products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Resin, pigments, chemicals, consumable materials, or sealed products may not be eligible for return after opening.

  • Products damaged because of incorrect handling, storage, mixing, measurement, curing, or usage by the customer will not qualify for a return or refund.

  • Silicone moulds showing resin residue, cuts, scratches, stretching, staining, or signs of use may not be accepted.

  • Clearance products, customised items, and promotional products may not be returnable when this condition is clearly stated before purchase.

  • Approved refunds may require processing time and will be issued through the applicable refund method.

9. Product Use and Safety

  • Customers must read and follow all instructions, warnings, mixing ratios, curing guidance, and safety information supplied with resin, pigments, tools, and related products.

  • Resin and chemical products should be used in a properly ventilated area with suitable protective equipment.

  • Products must be stored safely and kept away from children, pets, direct sunlight, heat, food, and drinking water.

  • Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility and suitability before use.

  • Parmar Art’s & Craft is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use, incorrect mixing, unsafe handling, unsuitable storage, or failure to follow product instructions.

  • Children should use craft materials only under appropriate adult supervision.

10. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotional offers, coupon codes, and discounts may be valid only for a limited period.

  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
